The parking ticket provided at check-in, along with the accompanying receipt, constitutes the contractual agreement between the customer and Skyway Park. Indemnification Clause

Skyway Park and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, vandalism, and natural events. Customers are advised to remove valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles.
